These days, I’m working on TM (Talent Management) and TM systems. It’s a very fascinating topic for me although I did not know anything about it before last month! I’m also trying to write a related article. It takes me a lot of time to search, study, and make write up. I suppose if I can focus solely on this topic and remove thinking to everything else, it will be finished next Wednesday! Ok, let’s enjoy learning and searching!
